When can I access my storage unit? 
Our Economy and Regular units are accessible 6am – 10pm.  The Superior units are 24/7 accessible.  We offer a $5/month add-on for Economy and Regular units to have 24/7 access.

Does Superior Storage offer any discounts or run specials?We have senior citizen and active military discounts.  We also run move-in specials that change from time to time.

What type of security do your self-storage locations provide?To secure our facility we have cameras that record on motion.  We also have thermal sensors in every unit.  Because we are a smart facility, we also log who comes in and out of the doors.  We can even let you know when the last time your unit door was opened and for how long.

Am I required to purchase insurance on my storage unit?We do require insurance on every unit.

What items cannot be stored?No perishable food, flammable liquids, explosives or illegal items.  Please refer to our lease agreement for a complete list of prohibited items.

What are your methods of payment?

Does Superior Storage offer climate-controlled storage units?We are 100% climate controlled. 

Can I store a vehicle inside a storage unit? If so, what is required?Not here, but we would be happy to refer you to another locally owned property.

Do I have to rent for a certain number of months?We rent on a month to month basis.  When you are finished using us for your storage needs give us a 10 day move out notice.  Then let us know within 24 hours you are completely out. 

Do I need my own lock?No lock needed.  All of our units have smart locks built right in. 

Do your self storage locations sell packing supplies?We offer a wide selection of moving supplies and if you’re a current tenant you get 20% off of any in stock items we have.
