“BEWARE. This is a nice facility. But DO NOT store your things here unless you want your rate to DOUBLE right after they give you enough time to get fully moved in. And no, nowhere on the website did it say I signed up under a promotional offer. I received the most generic email a couple of months after I opened my account here basically saying “sorry we can’t keep the same rates but here is your new rate starting next month” and it was over $200 for a 10x20. This is a manipulative and sleazy business practice. I even went to their website to confirm price changes after the fact. NOPE. Still advertising the same price I initially signed up under with no indication it’s promotional. I closed my account and moved my stuff out, I will not be back. Edit: In response to superiors comment on my review. Normal people don’t read through a 10+ page lease. Nobody told me that information was in the lease up front. That information was hidden from me. So I stand by my statement that I believe your business practices are manipulative. You are purposefully withholding information from clients at face value so they think they are getting a “great deal”, and then jack up the prices later..”
