“BEWARE. This is a nice facility. But DO NOT store your things here unless you want your rate to DOUBLE right after they give you enough time to get fully moved in. And no, nowhere on the website or in any documentation did it say I signed up under a promotional offer. I received the most generic email a couple of months after I opened my account here basically saying “sorry we can’t keep the same rates but here is your new rate starting next month” and it was over $200 for a 10x20. This is a manipulative and sleazy business practice. I even went to their website to confirm price changes after the fact. NOPE. Still advertising the same price I initially signed up under with no indication it’s promotional. I closed my account and moved my stuff out, I will not be back..”

“This business is a joke. They have the absolute worst customer service. After doubling my rent I spoke with somebody on the phone to talk whom offered me a lower cost. I told them if we could just put it in the system while I look for a cheaper option (as my rent went from $80 to $160) to which they agreed. Unable to take time off as I live out of state to move out, I assumed the price would be cut as they told me. This is the email I received. This company should be ashamed of their absolutely abhorrent customer service..”
